Competency

Arbitrators can consider any disputes, emerged from civil-legal relations, including, between business entities.

Among them are:

Any disputes, related with execution, implementation, changes and validity of civil and economic agreements (supply, purchase-sale, credit, rent, securities and others);

Disputes, related with liabilities, occurred from damnification;
Disputes, occurred from protection of rights for intellectual property;
Disputes, related with protection of intangible assets (business reputation, honour and dignity);
Disputes on elimination of barriers in using, owning and management of real estate;
And other disputes;

The sides of arbitration trial can be legal entities, individual businesses and individuals, including foreign citizens and organizations.

Disputes occurred from tax, administrative, family and labour legal relationship do not considered at the arbitration courts.

State bodies cannot be part of arbitration agreement.
