Certification
Arbitration Development Center under the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan holds public attestation of arbitrators and mediators, as well as public certification of permanent arbitration courts.
Center holds attestation of arbitrators in line with the “Order on public attestation of arbitrators and mediators by the Arbitration Development Center under the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan” and “Order on public certification of permanent arbitration courts by the Arbitration Development Center under the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan” respectively.
These documents regulate requirements to competitors, applications necessary for consideration of applicant, and process of attestation/certification.
Currently, 24 arbitrators from all parts of Uzbekistan passed attestation. Center is planning to carry out certification of arbitration courts soon.
